Here at "Ewo" we value our community. Matter of fact, we are the community and what we do is always considered before hand by checking with the community, making sure every move we make is a benefit to the them as well as the staff. We do very little advertising on our site, since it is a Member site for Gamers. Not a place for the staff and ownership to profit from. At this point in time, the business that we run to keep EWo in place, is costing more than it is making, and the donation button at our site is either invisible or just plain ignored.
The members of our site, not only have a place to get together and game with likeminded friendly people. But also have a magnitude of professionals and compassionate people to draw from for just about any online, game related need, or in some cases, personal issues that they need an objective person to talk to. We have provided Computer Tech support for hundreds of internet gamers over the last couple of years. From guiding them through cleaning bugs out of their PC to updating and upgrading their new and old PC's. We build computers, we help pick our the right software for keeping your PC clean while you play. We have troubleshot many PC's for maximum gaming potential, lag issues, and porting issues. Routers and modems, wireless and other fashions of accessing the internet for gaming are advised and promoted.
Our Team also consists of many talented web designers, skills involved are all across the board. Artists, php, sql, graphic enhancement, video and gaming movies, personal and professionals of every genre of online skills is represented here in our community and our staffing.
The forums are full of the different games our members are into, and waiting for. There are troubleshooting forums, media forums, game discussions and tips and tricks that each player has found to get through their games. Many times the decision of what to buy depends on the friends at EWo discussing the pro's and con's and the who is getting this game discussions.
News on the front page depicts our recent involvements as a community, shows you who is in Teamspeak at the time, who is in the servers at the time and all of it is real time. You can see the most recent activity in the forums on the frontpage also. You can see who is reading and where, find your friends MSN and Myspace accounts and extend your community connections for other games and sites.
EWo is seriously considering extending what they provide and starting to require a Membership Fee for users of the forums and website applications. There will be more things being provided and opportunities to buy T-shirts, hats and other apparell as well of ways to enhance your gaming enjoyment (think new hardware and software).
At this point, donations would help greatly with keeping everything we have going, but the business plans are being worked on, ideas and suggestions are being taken. Elite Warriors Online Server is the largest Base Server in Tribes 2, catering to the players that like a huge group of players in a Team Oriented Environment. This server is ran by the community for the community. The assigned Admins and Staff were brought in right out of the community players. Essential qualities of our Admins are, Team oriented attitude, and the ability to keep their heads under stressful situations, even if it interrupts their own gameplay.

Our Admins work with a desire to see the game survive, and do not work for Glory, Money, or Fame. They work purely for the Love of the Game. The Admins are dedicated to keeping the players interested that are already here, to helping the Newbs as they enter T2, and to moderate the server in the fairest and most respectable manner possible. This server is going to provide, to the best of it's ability, an atmosphere of equality in game, between everyone in the game, at all times! The Elite Warriors Online Server opened on October 7th of '05.

Just a small group of people that wanted a place to play with some more relaxed rules and respect for the veterans of the game. Many of the players that originally joined us were veterans of the game, oldschool competitors on Ladders, and generally Team Players. This server, for the first couple of months, was holding an average of 14 to 25 players at a time. Over the Christmas break, EWo's server became the new Public Server on Tribes 2. Since then, the server has been hosting a minimum of 20 players, and maxing out at night around 60 players from all over the T2 world.It has become appearently clear, that the EWo Community has outgrown our current server. With the closing Of Miami Vehicles came a tremendous opportunity for the EWo community and Tribes 2 as a whole.

Following the Final Event at Miami Vehicles, the server was renamed "Elite Warriors Online Server". The server is in no way by connected with Miami Vehicles or it's administration, and will be run solely and independently by the EWo Staff. EWo will now be the largest"Pub Server" in the Tribes 2 World!

"What is a Pub Server"?

• The Staff: This server is ran by the community for the community. The assigned Admins and Staff were brought in right out of the community players. The Community: We expect you to respect your teammates and opponents, respect the server and the admins, respect the game itself for all that it provides in entertainment. It is a place to make new friends, learn new strategies, share your experiences and knowledge with others in the community.

EWo is a place that we all hope you will keep coming back to over the years, to play a game that has become a way of life for many!!

We believe that a public server is also the entry level for new players. In game clumsiness usually indicates we have a new player. We believe it is our responsibility as an entry level server to help these individuals learn the game, to be able to get the most out of their experience in Tribes 2, and to keep coming back. New players are essential to keeping Tribes 2 alive. We encourage the veteran players to help these individuals learn the game play as quickly as possible. No one enjoys being "Owned" when they are first trying to learn a game. There are places that these new players can be directed to learn in a less volitile atmosphere, from quieter servers that already exist, to hosting their own single player, training maps. Noobies need to be made aware of these tools, but will only know if the experienced veterans inform them.

There is a tendency of some experienced Tribes 2 players to go into a random server and perform in a disrespectful manner to the players and the Admins of a server. This is not tolerated on this server. If you practice these behaviors in our server, you can expect to get a warning very quickly, if the conduct doesn't change you will be kicked, which can be followed by a ban if it continues, after such engagement, by the staff of this server. If you are spotted by the veteran players of the game, they have the option to Vote To: Kick you from the server. If the Admins don't see this kick in time and the vote goes through by the community, you can expect to be out of game for about 15 minutes; At which time you may return to the server, and will be expected to conduct yourself appropriately in game. It is a requirement of this server, before a Vote To Kick Player, to give a reason in the Global for the KICK. Sometimes the kick is started by the team the offender is on, and the team gets the vote to kick passed before an Admin can see what is going on, and stop or pass the vote accordingly, in those cases the Community has spoken and you are out for at 15 minutes.

• The Rules: The Rules can be found at the top, in the Tabs, of every page in this Website. The rules for this server and the website are there and easy to read. If you have any questions there are always plenty of people and staff around. Make a post with your questions to the staff, and we will respond as quickly as possible. The chat box on the start page is there for emergency mention of any importance, we check it often, it is a great tool to get action fast. You also can click on the members button, look for an Admin, and PM that person with your worries, claims or suggestions. Teamspeak: This server has a teamspeak running 24/7.
